In the field of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission control, the combination process of "zeolite wheel+regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO)" is becoming the preferred technical solution for industries such as petrochemicals, coatings, and printing. This process achieves deep purification of pollutants in exhaust gas through the synergistic effect of adsorption concentration and high-temperature oxidation, while significantly reducing energy consumption and promoting industrial green transformation.

沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪作為前端處理單元,其核心是疏水性蜂窩狀沸石分子篩。當(dāng)含VOCs廢氣以低速通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)時(shí),沸石孔道內(nèi)的陽(yáng)離子交換位點(diǎn)通過(guò)物理吸附作用捕獲有機(jī)物分子,凈化氣排放濃度可降至50mg/m3以下。轉(zhuǎn)輪持續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)至脫附區(qū),被180-220℃的熱風(fēng)解吸,濃縮比可達(dá)10-25倍。濃縮后的高濃度廢氣進(jìn)入RTO爐膛,在750-850℃條件下發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng),生成CO?和H?O,熱回收效率超95%。
The zeolite wheel, as the front-end processing unit, has a hydrophobic honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve as its core. When VOCs containing exhaust gas passes through the rotary adsorption zone at low speed, the cation exchange sites in the zeolite pores capture organic molecules through physical adsorption, and the emission concentration of purified gas can be reduced to 50mg/m3 following. The wheel continues to rotate until it reaches the desorption zone, where it is desorbed by hot air at 180-220 ℃, with a concentration ratio of 10-25 times. The concentrated high concentration exhaust gas enters the RTO furnace and undergoes oxidation reaction at 750-850 ℃ to generate CO? And H? O, with a heat recovery efficiency of over 95%.

This process breaks through the limitations of a single technology and forms a closed-loop system of "adsorption concentration oxidation". Zeolite wheel solves the energy consumption problem of direct treatment of low concentration exhaust gas by RTO, while RTO eliminates the risk of secondary pollution caused by desorption gas from zeolite wheel. The application data of a certain car painting line shows that the combination process reduces the consumption of natural gas and stabilizes the VOCs emission concentration below 30mg/m3 Far below the national emission standards. In the electronic component manufacturing industry, this process successfully treats complex exhaust gases containing isopropanol and acetone, with a non methane total hydrocarbon removal rate of over 99%.

針對(duì)沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪可能存在的脫附不完全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),系統(tǒng)設(shè)置雙級(jí)冷凝裝置,將脫附氣溫度精準(zhǔn)控制在安全范圍內(nèi)。RTO配備泄爆片、阻火器等多重安全裝置,爐膛內(nèi)設(shè)置高溫限值連鎖保護(hù)。在化工園區(qū)應(yīng)用中,設(shè)備成功處理含氯苯、二甲苯的高危廢氣,未發(fā)生安全事故。對(duì)于含硅氧烷等易導(dǎo)致催化劑中毒的廢氣,轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附層可有效攔截,延長(zhǎng)RTO維護(hù)周期。
In response to the potential risk of incomplete desorption of zeolite rotors, the system is equipped with a two-stage condensing device to accurately control the desorption gas temperature within a safe range. RTO is equipped with multiple safety devices such as explosion-proof discs and flame arresters, and high-temperature limit interlock protection is installed in the furnace.
